Our Exhibit Opening Nights are a great time to visit. You can meet our artists and enjoy visiting the gallery in a party atmosphere as well as be among the first to view the exhibit. There is no need to worry about feeling under dressed or under informed about art. We strive to make our event comfortable for anyone to join us and really enjoy the chance to talk to you. Light refreshments are available.
Faces of South Africa Benefit Exhibit
Opening August 22, 2010 2 - 6 pm
All art in this exhibit is inspired by photos taken by mission team members while visiting and assisting missionary Nancy Hudson with her work in South Africa. 35% of all sales of these works will be given directly to CASA Ministries.

What is CASA (Christian Assemblies of South Africa)
John and Nancy Hudson arrived in South Africa in 1989 with a desire to share the Gospel with the people in the villages of the Northern Province. They began with 5 people meeting under a Mango tree and by 1992 had established a church in Moshakga village. John passed away in 1997, butJohn Nancy continued to serve the community in South Africa. Since then 7 more churches have been planted in the surrounding areas and local people have been trained up as leaders. Also affiliated under the covering of CASA are Pastors in Malawi, Zimbabwe, Madagascar, Uganda and the Congo.
CASA churches all include programs in discipleship, ladies, children, youth & music ministries, home groups and sports programs. CASA currently ministers in all local Primary schools and High Schools, to the delight of the teachers. As CASA grows, the vision is to plant more churches, have more in depth training for leaders, retreats for Pastors and youth, music workshops, establish more Preschools, and further ministry in more schools. The goal of the ministry is to bring the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ to the people of South Africa and to continue reaching out to other African countries!
